Why do I need CITES Consulting?
If you are planning to import or export any part or product containing any protected wildlife, you will need to obtain permits and meet a federal standard for a personal import or export exemption. Some examples include: pianos with ivory keys or inherited family heirlooms; ie: fur, taxidermy, netsuke, etc. If Federal regulations are not met, your items may be seized, and you could face fines for non-compliance
